Regardless of the food we eat daily, it is very important to have adequate digestion of the food. Firstly we need awareness to increase digestive power in our body.


Digestive power increases when food is properly digested. A gas problem occurs when food is not digested properly. Spicy foods with excess oil are one of the causes of digestive problems.

So to increase our digestive power we have to avoid food with excess oil and spices. Nutritious food should be kept in the daily food list.

Vegetables must be included in the daily food list because vegetables help increase digestion. Food must be chewed thoroughly. Chewing food well leads to faster digestion and relieves problems like constipation.
